Winter weather travel advisory in effect for parts of northwestern Ontario

Lots of snow falling in northwestern Ontario could make roads dangerous for drivers.

Environment Canada says between 10 and 15 centimetres of snow could fall in the area of Thunder Bay, Atikokan and Ignace, reducing visibility. The snow should ease to light flurries Tuesday afternoon.

Kenora could also get between five and 10 centimetres of snow from Tuesday morning into the afternoon.

Drivers should be prepared to adjust their driving to the road conditions and expect potential traffic delays.
