Four more candidates in the region for the provincial election

Today is the deadline if you want to run in the provincial election.

Two more parties have announced candidates in the region.

The Liberals in the riding of Kiiwetinoong are going with Sioux Lookout teacher with the Northwest Catholic District School Board Manuela Michelizzi.

The New Blue Party officially has a candidate in the Kenora-Rainy River Riding.

Fort Frances resident Randy Ricci will carry the party banner into the February 27th election.

In Thunder Bay-Superior North there are two new candidates.

The Northern Ontario Party is running Daniel K. Campbell, while Steve Hanssen is running as an independent.

The cut-off time for potential candidates 2 pm (ET) or 1 pm (CT).
