Dryden OPP find drugs in stolen truck

The search of a stolen transport has uncovered over 400 pounds of illegal cannabis.

The Dryden OPP were notified of the stolen commercial motor vehicle this past Sunday night just after 9 pm.

Police located the semi between Dryden and Ignace in Revell Township and arrested two men from Brampton.

On them, they found suspected cocaine, and a search of the vehicle found 410 vacuum sealed bags of cannabis.

They have been charged with:

· Possess, produce, sell, distribute or import anything with intention to use, produce, sell or distribute illicit cannabis
· Possession for the purpose of distributing
· Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
· Possession of a Schedule I substance – cocaine
· Failure to comply with undertaking

They appeared in Dryden Court today on the charges.
