40 percent of Canadians feeling more stressed than last year

Feeling stressed? You’re not alone.

A recent poll from Narrative Research found 40 percent of Canadians are feeling more stress than this time, one year ago.

58 percent say they’re noticing others around them are more stressed too.

Those in Ontario and Atlantic Canada are more likely to be stressed than other areas of Canada, at 45 and 47 percent respectively.

And 52 percent of Millenials say they’re feeling it more this year, while Boomers are noticing those around them are on edge.
