Canada’s women’s 8’s rowing team finished third in their race this morning at the Paris Olympics.
Kenora’s Abby Dent and the Canadian rowing team placed just behind Australia and Great Britain.
Great Britain advances directly to Saturday’s final.
Canada will race again on Thursday in the repechage for their next chance to advance to the final.
A viewing party for today’s race was held at the Kenora Rowing Club at 5:00 am.
