Plenty of good eats this weekend at the Brewer’s Village this weekend.
It’s hosting its first ever Ribfest Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon.
Rob Dokuchie from LOWBREWCO says it should be a great weekend of food and entertainment.
“These amazing barbeque trucks…these are huge rigs, like full transport trucks with trailers coming through,” explains Dokuchie.
“There’s three of them. But not only that, there’s corn on the cob and a lemonade stand that has come with these guys.”
Alexis from the Texas Rangers barbeque truck says they’ll be there all weekend long.
“It’s a competition. Every Sunday we have People Choice or judges and people will go vote throughout the weekend when we are there. And then they’ll vote for either the best chicken or best ribs, or best sauce from each truck.”
There will also be other food vendors, a mechanical bull and musical entertainment all weekend long.
Ribfest runs until 9 pm tonight, noon to 9 pm Saturday and noon till 5 pm on Sunday.
