Provincial police have laid an impaired driving charge in connection with a motor vehicle collision in the west end of the Rainy River District.
OPP say a lone vehicle ended up in the ditch in Lake of the Woods township on Wednesday morning at around 3.
Police say they were able to determine the driver that they were impaired.
The driver was arrested but later released.
The 35-year-old from Kenora is in court in October to answer to the charge.
