The Dryden Regional Health Centre is working to manage a COVID outbreak in their inpatient unit.
It is not clear how many patients have tested positive at the 42-bed hospital.
Visitors will need to wear a mask at all times on the affected ward as part of efforts to prevent further illnesses.
Outpatient treatments and other programs will go ahead as scheduled.
However, if appointments need to be rescheduled, patients will be contacted directly by the department.
