Drug trafficking charges laid in Dryden

The Dryden OPP say they made a drug arrest after stopping a vehicle last week.

Last Tuesday, July 23rd around 9 pm, police pulled over a vehicle on Mary Avenue.

Officers located some cocaine, fentanyl and hydromorphone.

They also seized a quantity of Canadian currency and other evidence of drug trafficking.

As a result of the OPP investigation, a 32-year-old woman was arrested and faces two drug trafficking charges.

She has also been charged with possession of property obtained by crime and failing to comply with a probation order.

She appeared in court today on the charges.
