Beaver Brae has lost its first game of the season in the Winnipeg High School Football League. ‘
The Broncos were in Portage La Prairie and were defeated 34-16 by the Trojans.
Next Friday, Beaver Brae plays its home opener against the Churchill Bulldogs.
Today, the Bulldogs host the Dryden Eagles.
The Fort Frances Muskies have the only home game this week as they face the John Taylor Pipers this afternoon.
