A member of Kenora City Council has been cleared of any wrongdoing.
The city’s integrity commissioner declared a complaint Lisa Moncrief was not substantiated.
Kenora resident Don Kinger accused the city councillor of lying back in June.
A report by one of the city’s three integrity commissioners found the complaint was unfounded.
The city spent $500 for the integrity commissioners report.
