Synergy North says the bills that it mails out may delayed if there is a Canada Post strike.
To ensure uninterrupted service, Synergy North is asking it’s customers to sign up for e-billing.
The electrical utility says it offers a number of options for paying a bill other than mailed payments.
The company says its customers are reminded to stay informed of their account balance to confirm payments are made on time.
