Highway 17-A from the Redditt Road junction to Highway 596 is finally open.
It was closed for over 33 hours due to a collision involving three transports.
Two of the drivers were killed, and the third received only minor injuries.
Truck traffic was diverted through the city during that time.
The accident took place around 9:00 Monday morning and finally was re-opened to two-way traffic just after 5 pm Tuesday afternoon.
