The Schedule 1 Psychiatry Unit at Lake of the Woods District Hospital is dealing with a influenza outbreak.
That means visitor restrictions are being put into place.
The hospital’s Infection Control Team is investigating the outbreak, and has been working with the Northwestern Health Unit.
Normal visitation is being allowed in other areas of the hospital.
In the meantime, Lake of the Woods District Hospital says it has noticed an increase in hospitalizations due to influenza recently.
