Railway Street from 1401 to 1629 will be reduced to one lane on Thursday.
The work is for streetlight installation and the scheduled work is from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Traffic flow will be directed by flaggers on-site.
Motorists should plan for delays and consider alternate routes if possible.
