The Kenora Catholic District School Board has hired from within again to find its new Director of Education.
Jamey Robertson has been a Superintendent of Education with the Catholic school board for the past couple of years.
He replaces Nicole Kurtz, who announced her retirement back in November.
He’ll take over as director and secretary-treasurer as of August 1st.
Robertson is a long-time employee of the board and started his career at Our Lady of the Valley School.
The KCDSB represents schools in Kenora and St. John in Red Lake.
