A 30 year old British Columbia man has been charged in connection to a fatal motor vehicle collision west of Thunder Bay earlier this year.
On January 24th, shortly after 11 pm, an accident took place on Highway 17 in Upsala.
One person was pronounced dead and two other people were injured and taken to hospital for treatment of their injuries.
A driver from Abbotsford, BC has been charged with dangerous operation causing death, and dangerous operation causing bodily harm.
He is due to appear in Thunder Bay Court Thursday, May 2nd at 10 am.
