The laundry facility at Lake of the Woods District Hospital is out of service.
Kenora Fire and Emergency Services were called to a fire which broke out early this morning around 1:45.
The laundry truck and contents of the building, including laundry equipment, were damaged.
There was also extensive damage to the building.
Fortunately no one was injured.
In the meantime, the hospital is using the laundry services of the Wiigwas Elder and Senior Care home.
