A good start for St. Thomas Aquinas soccer teams at the All-Ontario “A” championships taking place in Welland.
The Saints girls posted two consecutive shutouts today, 3-0 against St. Paul from Trenton this morning and 1-0 against Woodstock this afternoon.
The TA boys tied St. Paul 2-2 in their first game and defeated Waterford 2-1 in the afternoon game.
Both teams play two more times tomorrow to wrap up the round-robin.
