There’s a lot going on at Norman Park this week for the City of Kenora.
On Friday, June 27, Norman Park beach will be closed for installations for Hoopla Island. Everything else in the park remains open, including the playground, washrooms, paved path and Kenora Rotary Splash Park.
Some great news — Norman Park is hosting a ribbon-cutting event to celebrate its new and improved park. An accessible paved pathway has been built, and the playground has been enhanced for kids to enjoy. The ceremony is taking place this Thursday, June 26 at 5 p.m., so be sure to bring the kids to check it out!
