The Matiowski Farmers’ Market ran again today from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., like it does every Wednesday, all the way into October.
I got the chance to visit again, and it was packed with people from left to right — a lot busier than the first day the market reopened. It’s really nice to see the whole community gather in one spot near the harbourfront.
I was craving pizza, so I went over to The Black Oven, where they serve fresh sourdough pizza. The pizza is just how I like it — a chewy, charred crust! I finished a few slices because I couldn’t wait — oops!
