Barbie Jeep Joyride Ends in Arrest in Prince George

In a scene made for memes, a man in Prince George, B.C. was arrested after taking a child-sized pink Barbie Jeep for a spin down a busy city street. Wearing aviators and cruising at a leisurely pace, Kasper Lincoln was reportedly on his way to grab a Slurpee when police pulled him over. What started as a quirky moment quickly turned serious. According to police, Lincoln’s license was already suspended, and he failed a breathalyzer test.

While onlookers were amused and even a little envious of his carefree ride, RCMP say the toy vehicle — technically a motorized car — was being operated illegally on public roads. Lincoln now faces a DUI charge. He says he plans to fight the ticket.
