Speeding remains a concern for Provincial Police in northwestern Ontario

A recent traffic enforcement operation by the Ontario Provincial Police resulted in over 400 charges being laid.

They came during Operation Impact, a campaign run during the Thanksgiving Long Weekend.

OPP says 375 motorists were caught for speeding in northwestern Ontario.

Twenty others were nabbed on impaired driving charges.

Ten people were cited for failing to wear a seatbelt or wearing it improperly.

Five others were charged with distracted driving.
