Main Street Christmas tree being set up

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in downtown Kenora.

The Main Street Christmas tree has been delivered and has been put in place.

The areas of Main Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets have been closed to allow for tree decorating today and tomorrow.

The tree will official be lit up in a special ceremony Friday night at 6:00.

There will be special events from 4:45 to 5:45 at the Muse before the tree lighting and afterwards until 7:00.

The Keewatin Christmas tree will also be lit in a special ceremony on Sunday evening at 6:00.
