Lake Afternoon Drive: Almanac vs almanac

Here’s a fun fact: there isn’t just one Farmers’ Almanac—there are two.

And they’re not exactly on the same page.

One predicts a bone-chilling “classic deep freeze.” The other says “mild and wet.” So… which is it?

I think I’m done trusting these books. I trust Kenora.

Someone out there knows the real forecast because their knee starts aching before a storm. Or maybe their dog gets weird when a cold front rolls in.

That’s the kind of weather report I want. The gut feeling from Kenora’s seasoned locals.

What’s your prediction? Let me, Caleb, know on the Afternoon Drive on 89.5 The Lake.
