Today, March 17, marks St. Patrick’s Day!
I found a post online where one person said their mom used to make shamrock-shaped pancakes with a tiny bit of green food colouring to celebrate. Someone else said they do a “green” dinner, making spinach tortellini with a garlic butter sauce and Brussels sprouts. I bet your local grocery store even sells those shamrock Pillsbury cookies!
If you’re about to eat a late breakfast right now, pull out the Lucky Charms. Get your sugar intake for the day! If I had one wish, it would be for the company to release a Lucky Charms marshmallow-only cereal.
