Three people are facing multiple charges following a drug trafficking investigation in Kenora.
The investigation began in spring 2026, led by the Kenora OPP Community Street Crime Unit with support from the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau.
On June 2 at around 3:30 p.m., officers arrested and charged three individuals—two women, aged 53 and 32, and a 31-year-old man.
The 53-year-old Kenora woman faces several charges, including possessing proceeds of crime, failing to comply with court orders, and multiple trafficking-related offences involving methamphetamine and fentanyl.
The 32-year-old woman from Washagamis Bay First Nation is charged with possession of proceeds of crime and trafficking-related offences involving methamphetamine and hydromorphone.
The 31-year-old man from Rat Portage First Nation is charged with possession of a controlled opioid.
All of the accused are scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Kenora, with one appearance set for July 13, 2026.
OPP say they remain committed to public safety and are encouraging anyone with information about drug activity to come forward.
