Taylor Swift named Time magazine’s 2023 ‘Person of the Year’

Taylor Swift is Time magazine’s 2023 Person of the Year.

The 33-year-old singer/songwriter continues to take the world by storm and has created a massive fandom with “Swiftie’s”.

She’s had hits like “Cruel Summer”, “Shake it Off”, “Lavender Haze”, “Look What you Made Me Do” and “Ready for It”, to name just a few.

She dominates stages and movie theatres globally, with her hugely successful Era’s tour.

Time said the annual designation goes to ‘the person, group or concept that most shaped the headlines for good or ill’.

Past recipients include U.S. President Joe Biden and Pope Francis, with Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelenski as 2022’s recipient.
