Dreaming of a White Christmas?

Parts of northwestern Ontario could experience a white Christmas after all.

Meteorologist with Environment Canada Steven Flisfeder says there is a snow system heading our way.

“There is a Colorado Low that’s expected to form over the weekend making it’s way towards Ontario, including northwestern Ontario,” predicts Flisfeder.

“As it stands, there is the likelihood of some snow, sometime is Sunday timeframe.”

Flisfeder adds that it’s too early to say where the storm track is heading.

“Temperatures will be hovering around zero, so how much of that sticks is still up for debate. The best guess is 2 to 4 centimeters.

He adds that once this system passes, all of next week is looking pretty dry with temperatures just above normal for this time of year.
