Improv and variety show takes stage at Trylight

The Kenora Dinner Jackets are expanding their repertoire.

The improv group is holding it’s fourth show this weekend, but with a difference.

Vince Schatkowski is the production manager and says they included other performers as well.

“They are doing their usual stand-up improv routine, but with a touch of variety,” explains Schatkowski.

“We’ve gone into the community and asked various people and groups if they would like to participate and show us what they got, and we’re able to share the TryLight stage with them.”

Schatkowski adds there will be some special musical acts and even pet tricks.

“There is something for everyone. It’s not just improv, but it’s a good night out.”

The show will run tonight (Friday) and Saturday night, starting at 7:30 in the basement of the First Baptist Church.
