Police arrest 3 people in Dryden drug bust

Three people from Dryden face drug charges after police executed a search warrant on Thursday.

The OPP along with the Nishnawbe Aski Police, and Treaty Three Police were involved in the drug bust.

Officers located a number of illicit substances including cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine and crack cocaine.

Canadian currency and items associated with drug trafficking were also seized.

Each person faces three charges for trafficking as well as possession of property obtained by crime under $5,0000.

They have been remanded into custody and will appear in Kenora Court on January 31st.
