Two long-time business owners have been recognized by the Kenora Rotary Club.
Debbie and Vince Schatkowsky have been selected this year’s Paul Harris Fellow Award.
They own Debbie’s Greehouse and Garden Center.
Debbie was cited for her 35 years of volunteer service in the community including bringing Communities in Bloom to Kenora, Lakeside Baptist Church and the Chamber of Commerce.
Vince has also been very involved in a number of committees and community groups, including TryLight Theatre and Lakeside Baptist Church.
The Paul Harris Fellow award is Rotary International’s most prestigious honour and is awarded annually.
