Five athletes from St. Thomas Aquinas have won a trip to the NWOSSA badminton championships.
They won three gold medals at the NorWOSSA championships in Fort Frances yesterday.
Maddyn Hughes placed first in the junior girls division, while Fenton McEwen and Parker Francis won the junior boys doubles.
Delaney Turner and Sophie Muise also took first in the senior girls doubles division.
They’ll all compete in the NWOSSA championship in Thunder Bay.
