Despite recent weather, much of the ice is off the lake.
As a result, the City of Kenora is getting ready to take out the Coney Island footbridge.
City crews plan to take it out of service next Wedneday, April 24th.
If the weather is unfavorable, the walkway will be taken out on Monday, April 29th.
