The City of Kenora has hired a Senior Communications Advisor.
The position was created after a report was released to the city last year recommending another person be added to the communiciations team.
Mya Horley takes on the new job.
She has over a decade of experience in both marketing and communications.
In her new job, she lead the direction and management of the city’s communication team and help coordinate outreach activities.
She had moved back to Kenora in 2021 and has worked on marketing and digital advertising campaigns, print publications, and communication strategies.
