A 37 year old Ignace resident faces a number of firearm charges as a result of a police investigation.
The Dryden OPP along with the Ignace OPP and the OPP’s Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at an Ignace residence around 8:30 Tuesday night.
Charges include possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, pointing a firearm, using a firearm while committing an offense. and uttering threats causing death or bodily harm.
He’s currently being held in custody and will appear in court at a later date.
