U.S. President Biden to address nation after exiting election race

U.S. President Joe Biden is set to speak to the nation.

He dropped out of the presidential election on Sunday, saying it was in his party and the country’s best interest.

Biden’s speech from the Oval Office will be at 8 p.m. (Eastern) Wednesday night.

In a post on ‘X,’ the President says he’ll speak on what lies ahead, and how he will finish the job for the American people.

Biden has endorsed Vice-President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee against Republican Donald Trump.
