The Association of Management, Administrative and Professional Crown Employees of Ontario have reached a tentative agreement with the province.
The union, which represents about 17 thousand employees, has a tentative three year deal.
It calls for a 7 percent increase over that time period, plus improved benefits and maintained flexible work.
The union represents professional and supervisory public servants.
Both sides have yet to ratify the agreement.
