Roughly 60 diners at a restaurant in the border city of Windsor, Ontario were recently surprised with an incredibly kind gesture of solidarity.

On this Saturday morning, as they were preparing to pay for their breakfasts, the wait staff had the pleasure of telling them that all of their bills had already been covered, thanks to a VERY GENEROUS couple from just across the border in Michigan.

This couple apparently had a simple message for the people whose meals they had paid for…
They wanted people to know that not all Americans are bad and to also congratulate Canada on its recent win against the US in the 4 Nations Face-Off men’s hockey tournament.

This kind of thing warms your hear and gives you hope.
