City receiving more money from NOHFC for McLeod Park

The city is getting more funding to complete work on McLeod Park.

The Northern Ontario Heritage Fund is contributing $450,000 for the next phase of rehabilitation.

This includes restoring the James McMillan tugboat and building an accessible wooden ramp.

In 2022, a similar amount was granted to the City of Kenora by the NOHFC to begin the rehabilitation process.
