The Lake of the Woods Campus of Confederation College will be undergoing renovations.
It’s to create a new four thousand square foot child care center.
The Kenora District Services Board says it has reached an agreement with Con College for 49 new child care spaces.
That includes 10 infant spaces, 15 toddler spaces, and 24 preschool spaces.
The KDSB says it’s part of their goal to create 277 new child care spaces in Kenora over the next four years.
Renovations on the new child care center are expected to be complete by the spring of 2025.
