Chess Club & Tournament (All Ages 6+)
Join us for a 4-week Chess Club at the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre, open to all skill levels—from complete beginners to experienced players looking to play against others in person.
The first three weeks (April 21, April 28, and May 5) will include both casual play and opportunities to learn. Guidance and instruction will be available for anyone new or looking to improve, while experienced players are encouraged to come out and play competitive games.
The final week (May 12) will be a tournament. Divisions will be created based on age, experience, and number of participants, with formats adjusted as needed to keep things fair and engaging. Prizes will be awarded for both youth and adult divisions.
You can participate in the full 4-week program or attend only the club sessions or the tournament.
