Triple P.L.A.Y is excited to share that the Winnipeg Jets Alumni and Friends
are coming back to Kenora October 17-18, 2025 for another fundraising
weekend. This year the proceeds from the weekend’s events will go towards
the use of True North Youth Foundation’s Project 11 in First Nation, Keewatin
Patricia and Kenora Catholic schools across the region.
Project 11 is a proactive mental wellness awareness and education program
created in memory of former Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose player
Rick Rypien. Emphasizing the importance of mental health alongside
physical health, Kindergarten to Grade 12 curriculum normalizes
conversations about feelings and stress, creates classroom community,
and teaches healthy coping strategies students can use to manage difficult
situations and emotions. Click here to learn more.
