Banana Bread Latte is back for Mental Health Awareness Week! A portion of all Banana Bread Latte sales will be donated to CMHA Kenora from May 4-10. On May 5, CMHA Kenora will have an awareness booth set up from 8:30am-2pm. Coffee connects people, creates moments, and spreads warmth

Restorative Yoga with Sacred Sound (Gong Bath) with Lakeside Yoga Collective! Lakeside Yoga Collective (1 Dennis Street) at 6pm by donation. A portion of the money raised will be donated to CMHA Kenora. Yoga fosters connection by harmonizing mind, body, and breath, strengthening the relationship with oneself and enhancing empathy towards others.
