A familiar face is returning to Kenora city council.
Mort Goss was sworn in this morning prior to the Committee of the Whole meeting.
Goss is a long time city councillor, but did not win re-election in 2022.
He replaces Barb Manson, who resigned last month.
Goss will serve out this term of council until the October municipal election.
