Lake of the Woods holding stable

The Lake of the Woods Control Board is making only minor adjustments to the outflows in response to the snow received.

As much as 25 centimetres of snow was reported in the southern portion of Lake of the Woods over the weekend.

The Board suggested Lake of Woods would remain stable or rise no higher than 3 centimetres over the next week.

As a result, outlows are remaining stable.

Lake of the Woods is currently holding within the normal range for this time of year.

The average lake level has remained fairly stable.
