A man who was wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant for kidnapping and firearms charges has been arrested.
Halifax police say he was arrested on Crighton Avenue in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia Monday.
The charges he is facing are related to multiple incidents that happened in January but were reported to police in March.
The 38-year-old was wanted for:
- kidnapping
- multiple firearms related offences
- multiple breaches of probation orders
The suspect knew the victim, who police say was not physically hurt.
He appeared in court, today.
