‘Act of terrorism’ in New Orleans kills 15, injures dozens

A New Year’s Eve celebration turned deadly in the U.S.

At least 15 people were killed after a driver rammed a pickup truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.

The suspect was killed in a firefight with police, reports say the FBI are investigating it as a terrorist attack.

Authorities also believe the man didn’t act alone.

Dozens of others were injured, a college football bowl game at the nearby Superdome was postponed on Wednesday.
