Sioux North is hosting the Double A NorWOSSA winter court sports championships today.
The semi-finals will take place this morning with Sioux North taking on Dryden in the senior girls match, while Fort Frances will meet Beaver Brae in the junior girls.
In boys basketball, it will be Beaver Brae against Fort Frances in both of the senior and junior games.
The winners will advance to the finals this afternoon and this evening.
Tomorrow the NorWOSSA Single “a” semi-finals will be hold in Atikokan at the Northern Lakes High School.
In the junior girls volleyball semifinal Northern Lakes will take on Rainy River while in the senior semifinal, St. Thomas Aquinas will face the host Northern Lakes.
In boys basketball action, the Saints will meet the Lightning in the juniors boys semi, while TA will take on Red Lake in the senior semifinal.
The finals will go on Thursday.
