The Canadian Medical Association Foundation has created a signiciant grant for the Northern Ontario School of Medicine University.
It goes to medical students for demostrate exceptional leadership in Indigenous communities.
The 250 thousand dollar grant will help support two students for five years.
NOSM says each year two Indigenous medical student will receive the scholarship.
